my Cd player has been working fine but today i turned it on and heard weird sounds coming from the CD player and i got "Disc Error Fo" now i can't play my cd's or eject them, if i go to infiniti they will probably want me to pay a lot to fix it or replace it, i read something about unplugging the battery for 45min to an hour to restart the system but how exactly does that work, did it work for anyone? anyone had this problem and solved it before? help me please!

Try an empty CD carrier if your car uses one, then try removing the fuse for 30 seconds, turn on, turn off, replace fuse, then turn on.
